• Test Card

  Here is a test coupon I cut from 16g steel at the end of each month after doing maintenance on the system. It measures 4.5" x 3.25", has a 1" x 1" square hole, 1" round, 0.5" round and 0.25"round holes and also a 2.5" line. This is used to assess the cut quality of the machine, dross formation and the cut size calibration. I also zip tie to it any notes needed and this is hung on the side of the machine for quick reference.

  Wall Mount bracket for Milwaukee Packout toolbox. I have made a few small changes to the file since I have cut the one in the picture, I made the bottom of the cutouts slightly wider, made relief cuts for the top and bottom bends and moved the slot for the latch up a 1/16. I have not cut one since I made the changes, but it should work fine and bend easier. The g-code settings cut great for my setup, hypertherm 45, 16 gauge mild steel.

  I took the Welding tank hooks shared by Nick Koupiaris for 1/4 metal and modified it for 3/16 because that is what I had scraps of.

  Holiday hanging sign 8"x12". I drew this up in Inkscape and I cut this with a Hypertherm XP with FineCut tip out of 16ga hot rolled steel.

  Designed in AutoCAD 2007 and Plasma cut from 16g galvanized steel and rattle-can sprayed. Any old magnet pretty much works at the base.

  Combination shopping cart key for carts that take a quarter sized coin and bottle opener. I have tested this on Aldi shopping carts and it works well. Cut from 14 ga steel at 35 amps.

  This is a guard I made to help keep some of the splashing water off the top of the drive box for the table. the cut file is made for 16ga ~27"x14"

• Rose in full bloom

  I took Shawn's tabletop rose and gave it real look. I used 16ga but I would recommend 16ga for base and 20ga or less for flower. This will allow you to bend the flower much easier to shape you want. You just slip the flowers on stem and tack weld inside and back side of flowers. If you have questions just ask me in forum.

• Torch water shield

  Not trying to step on the original design at all, but since its just a rectangle and two holes in the original file, I needed to make one up. Pretty sure its about the same as the original, but i made the sides a little bigger. Im going to cut it today and see how it works, but thought I would toss it up here for others to at least start with. This has the same distance on the bolt holes as the original creator mentioned at 1.5" apart. Please comment on any mistakes on the .DXF this is my first few drawings in fusion.
