Laptop Stand for Crossfire
Weld together laptop stand that bolts to the leg of the Crossfire. The whole project easily fits on one 2'x2' sheet of 1/8" steel. Bend and weld as seen in the pictures. full welding is not required or recommended. Just skip weld as necessary. Note that the small slots will require some very small lead in/lead outs. You will need to buy: Hinge: 7-7/8 x 1-1/8" weld on hinge. I get these for a few bucks at my local metal supplier or amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0086A38SC/?coliid=I2KK0YIC6MKJTI&colid=2DJLLXT3ZFW4W&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it Velcro strap for laptop: (optional) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000LNSSVY/?coliid=IN2TYTL9YGPSM&colid=2DJLLXT3ZFW4W&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it Bolts: 3/8-16 x 2-3/4" hex bolt Qty:4 3/8-16 nut Qty:4 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolt Qty:2 1/4-20 nut Qty:2

F Bomb Bottle Opener
I created this design from other, I don't know who originally designed this. Other versions had duplicate and incomplete vectors. This one extrudes and cuts correctly for me. Pictured is 1/8" cold rolled steal 80ipm 30amps .080 nozzle .060 standoff/spacer. 1/8 is a little thick. 12gauge is better to fit various sized bottles. Feel free to modify the over all size or the bottle opener dimension. This cuts out at about 5.75" long.

20x20 Fire Pit
Very Simple Fire Pit. Steel is 12g You will need: 4 sides 1 base Plate 1 leg (file makes 4 legs) Assembly: Each side should be angled somewhere around 50degs. I tacked on the inside until I had all 4 sides on. Then welded up the entire outside seem. You can either chose to grind down the welds like I did or just leave them. The legs I desgined so they can be bent. I found this just made getting a square base a lot eaiser. I finished mine off with High heat paint from lowes (the 2000f stuff) im sure after awhile I will need to re paint Depending on where you get your metal it costs around $30ish dollars to make not including paint.

Throwing Star 6pt
I cut them out of 16 gague hot rolled steel and they're fun as a decoration and to throw into fences or trees. I didn't grind or sharpen mine at all but imagine a slight grind and making them out of stainless would be pretty sweet too. Takes like 20 seconds to cut.

Torch Shield for Xfire
I was getting some water splash onto my torch handle, right on the trigger, which is not water proof or Water resistant. I decided to cut this out of alum (had some laying around) to mitigate this issue (since water and elect switch = headache sooner than later) Simple cut, alum settings of 120/min at 20 amps with a 0.1 pierce delay worked great. Holes are a little messy but can be cleaned up with a drill bit or dropping the amps down some more (maybe 15?). 30* bends on each side (or as you see fit) with a bench bender and the attachment tab was done with hand held bend pliers. I put a little bit of angle on it too so that if I do get water droplets inside it will act as a gutter. Length is 6.5 inch long.

Cooking Castle - A flat pack rocket stove
This is a re-mix of the Rocket King on Amazon. I took my inspiration from that design, however I added a bottom plate, a top grate, an upper shelf position, changed the dimensions, thickness, air inlets, shelf, and storage method. This flat pack rocket stove is 10"x7"x7" plus the shelf. The shelf has two positions, one near the bottom to load wood fuel, and one at the top to support canned fuel. The base has a bottom plate to contain ash, and has air inlet holes on all for sides for even air flow. These holes double as a place to add a carabiner to clip all of the parts for storage. The upper grate supports smaller pots or cans, and also adds rigidity to the stove. The unit pictured is 14ga aluminum with clearances for easy fitment. If you want to use thinner material, I suggest tightening up the fitment slots, or just adding nubs to them. If making this out of aluminum, the top grate must be steel.

There are two patterns provided here, one for 12 Ga and one for 14Ga. If you scale the pattern be sure to also adjust the two rectangular through holes according to your material thickness. Angle Grinder Hanger
Two .dxf files are attached, one is a slightly extended version for hanging a grinder with a wire cup attached. These were cut from 1/16" Steel Sheet and painted with remnants of Rustoleum rattle can laying around in the shop. I've found that two screws to attach to the wall is overkill, the the top hole serves very well. Have at it, and enjoy!
-
x10 Paint Can Holder
Holds 10 Paint cans and can be bent using a 20TON Swag offroad press brake or you can cut the relief lines in with a second program with no lead in or lead outs so that you can bend and weld it together. The mounting holes are setup for 16 or center to mount to studs perfectly.

Laptop stand for crossfire PRO
This is a remix of the original laptop stand by Wyatt Lassiter, made for the Crossfire PRO, so it bolts to the corner of the table instead of a leg since the PRO's gussets make the leg not usable. I added gussets and widened the piece attached to the bottom of the laptop holder part to stiffen it up since I was going to use thinner material, if you are using the 1/8" that was suggested, it may not be necessary. I also modified the main piece and added brackets to hold a three piece pipe hinge instead of the original purchased hinge because that's what I had. They're sized for 1.5" OD pipe but feel free to adjust for what you have.

DOG MOM
One of my first projects with my crossfire pro, cutting speed is a little slow (40 IPM)I believe so check that out before cutting. I believe you need a 12 x 8 sheet I used 1/16" thickness. Hope it works out for everyone. This is cut ready. Used a Hypertherm 30XP with regular consumables (not fine cut)
