HF Vulcan welding cart (63179) Tig rod rack upgrade
This rack is a direct bolt on to the Harbor Freight 500lb cart. Uses 1.5" PVC tubing. I cut it using 16Ga. Don't glue the caps! The tubes drop through the top then insert the caps.
