offsets of Y axis rail

So I needed to cut holes in 3" square tubing that is longer than the 33" extensions. I needed to rest part on ends of water table and z axis would not accommodate the extra height. Adding 4 spacers raised y rail 1.5 inches and cut the 3" tube with no issues
